Your team

You’ll be working on the West Region team in Los Angeles, CA. Our Regional Team is responsible for all Business Management functions in the ~70 office locations across the region (including sales, finance, HR, admin, and supervisory). We work closely with leadership teams and Client Solution Center partners to drive firm strategy, grow our business, and improve services for our Advisors and clients. As a Business Analyst, you’ll play an important role in serving as the glue between the Field and Senior Leadership.

Your expertise

• ideally 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the finance industry
• project management or strategy experience and strong organizational skills
• proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to tailor style to your audience
• inquisitive, able to challenge effectively and manage conflicting stakeholder needs
• ideally a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance

Salary information

US Only: The expected salary range for this role is $100000 to $130000 based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Please see «Your role» section for detailed salary information.
