We are seeking an eager and dedicated Family Practice Nurse Practitioner at our outpatient/ambulatory clinic in Orange, CA.

• Preferably bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Committed to providing high-quality care to underserved patients in Orange, CA.
• Adult primary care and chronic disease management comprises the bulk of care.
• Responsible for assessment, diagnosis, and management of healthcare needs, utilizing standardized and evidenced based procedures.
• This position reports to the Advanced Practitioner Provider & Supervisor.
• St. Jude Neighborhood Health Centers utilizes EPIC for our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
• Ambulatory (outpatient) and mobile clinic practice.
• Daytime schedule 
• No-after hours

Your Working Environment & Team. Working hours are Monday through Saturday, 8AM – 5PM. The position does not currently involve after-hours call duties.  This position does require working one Saturday per month for which a weekday is flexed off. You would be joining a team of family physicians, nurse practitioners, RNs, pediatricians, OB-GYNs, dentists, specialists (optometrist, podiatrist, dermatologist), licensed social workers, mental health professionals, case managers, health educators, registered dietitians, LVNs, and promotoras to mitigate social determinants of health.

Salary:

$124,000 to $158,000 DOE
