THE JOB:

As a Title 31 Compliance Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our business stays aligned with regulatory obligations and internal standards, protecting our iconic brand every step of the way.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Lead a team of compliance auditors responsible for reviewing daily gaming activity across our Las Vegas and regional properties.

• Serve as the key liaison between auditors and operational departments to ensure accurate, timely Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs) and compliance documentation.

• Oversee daily audit reviews, corrective actions, and risk-based analysis to maintain the highest standards of Title 31 compliance.

• Evaluate internal controls, identify gaps, and recommend solutions that improve processes and minimize risk.

• Contribute to enterprise-level risk assessments and help shape the annual audit plan.

• Build strong relationships across departments and champion a culture of accountability, service, and continuous improvement.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Deep knowledge of CFR 31 Chapter X, NV GCB Regulation 22, and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).

• At least 2 years of relevant audit experience.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

• Strong leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring teams.

• Familiarity with casino operations—especially Table Games, Slots, Poker, Cage, and Race & Sports Book—is a plus.

• Experience using Casino Management Systems (CMS, Tandem, Players Club) and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

• A high level of integrity, organization, and the ability to manage shifting priorities and tight timelines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence, guide, and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
