CDL Driver

We’re hiring a CDL Driver to run residential/commercial garbage routes right here in Monroe, LA. You’ll be behind the wheel of a garbage truck, play a key role in keeping our community clean while putting safety first.

This isn’t just a driving job. It’s a chance to be a part of the community you live in—to show up every day, work with pride, and make a difference people see and appreciate.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays

• Start early at 4:30 a.m., done when the route is done

• Around 45–50 hours a week

• 10–12 hour days — and plenty of overtime available year-round

 Pay & Benefits:

• $21/hour starting pay

• Full benefits — medical, dental, and vision

• Paid vacation

• 401(k) with dollar-for-dollar match up to 5%

• Bi-weekly pay + consistent overtime

• Stable, year-round work

What You’ll Need:

• A valid Class A or B CDL

• At least 1 year of experience driving with your CDL

• A focus on safety, reliability, and good customer service

• A team-first attitude and pride in a job well done
