This role blends operational leadership, project management discipline, and technical fluency to support and optimize ecommerce systems, workflows, and partner operations across the digital business. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and analytical operator with experience managing ecommerce operations, digital systems, fulfillment workflows, and cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced retail environments. You will oversee operational KPIs, support systems and integrations, improve operational processes, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Ecommerce, IT, Retail, Logistics, Marketing, Creative, and Finance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in evolving environments and can elevate execution, operational efficiency, and team collaboration across ecommerce operations.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <h4 data-section-id="fe1a5v" data-start="1744" data-end="1782">Operational Leadership &amp; Execution</h4> <ul data-start="1783" data-end="2453"> <li data-section-id="7ng3au" data-start="1783" data-end="1891">Own daily ecommerce operational KPIs including order flow, returns, cancellations, and fulfillment quality</li> <li data-section-id="dvm9ud" data-start="1892" data-end="1993">Identify root causes of operational issues and propose process improvements and strategic solutions</li> <li data-section-id="1grg37o" data-start="1994" data-end="2213">Maintain and improve SOPs across ecommerce networks including internal ecommerce channels, private sale operations, fulfillment workflows, customer service processes, fraud and payment workflows, and system operations</li> <li data-section-id="15efep7&q
