Primary Purpose of this Position:
Contribute to the success of Ball by operationalizing delivery of all HR services to nominated functions. Under the guidance of the VP of HR, this role will act as an HR partner to the functional leadership teams, and is responsible for supporting strategic leadership capability, coaching Vice Presidents/Directors/Managers on organization-wide, people-related needs and ensuring seamless operational HR delivery for the areas they support.
What will you be responsible for?

Align with Talent Development COE to execute talent management processes to include workforce planning, succession planning, and segmentation of people to identify high potential employees.

Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to build strategic leadership capability aligned with the Inspire, Connect, and Achieve (ICA) Ball Leadership Framework.

Lead the delivery and execution support of all operational HR activities for engaging all areas of the model as required through forming close partnership and relationships.

Ensure HR compliance with all policies, regulations and requirements in all domestic and international jurisdictions; provide advice, counsel and management of personnel and disciplinary operations, to ensure all laws are followed.

Support the identification and delivery of opportunities for harmonizing, standardizing and streamlining HR activities.

Monitor and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure business targets are achieved.

Support the development and implementation of HR programs and projects that enhance productivity and meet the business requirements and needs in alignment with the People Ambition.

Assess Organizational Design & Effectiveness to establish action plans in alignment with the enterprise people ambition and specific business imperatives. Own the delivery of Projects while gaining support from COE's and other members of HR.

Participate in the creation and execution of in-year workforce planning and strategic workforce planning efforts as required through interpreting HR Analytics/ Reports into deliverable plans.

Proactively champion and lead initiatives that align to the People ambition, including but not limited to providing change management support, ensuring clear understanding of employee performance processes, and supporting ACR.
What are we looking for?

Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field with preference of a higher level degree.

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Progressive HR
