Job Description

Responsibilities

• Responsible for drug release/dissolution method development, establishing testing procedures, and specifications to support advancement of projects to advance projects through the development pipeline while working with other functional areas.
• Awareness of regulatory requirements related to dissolution testing of drug products to design, conduct and interpret scientific experiments.
• Support dissolution method development and validations, technical transfer packages, and generation of technical data in support regulatory requirements.
• Highly autonomous and productive in performing laboratory research or method development, requiring only minimal direction from or interaction with supervisor.
• Proficiency in conducting dissolution tests, documenting utilizing electronic notebooks, analyzing samples using HPLC systems and data analysis software
• Process, interpret, and visualize data to identify trends, formulate conclusions and design follow-on experiments based on multidisciplinary data.
• Report and present scientific/technical results internally, create external publications, and present at scientific conferences.
• Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional groups and departments to facilitate project team decisions.
• May initiate new areas of investigation that are scientifically meaningful, reliable, and can be incorporated directly into a development program.
• Routinely demonstrate scientific initiative and creativity in development activities and maintain a high level of productivity in the lab.
• Understand and adhere to corporate standards regarding code of conduct, safety, appropriate handling of materi
