Role Highlights
As a Physical Therapist - Pelvic Health, you'll:
Deliver 1:1 care in a welcoming, patient-focused clinic—no double-booking
Treat patients dealing with incontinence, pelvic pain, pregnancy/postpartum recovery, prolapse, and more
Collaborate with experienced pelvic health professionals to refine skills and share best practices
Contribute to a supportive, mission-driven team that prioritizes clinical excellence and life balance
POSITION SUMMARY
As a Physical Therapist, you will play a key role in helping patients regain independence, improve mobility, and achieve their personal goals. You’ll design and deliver customized treatment plans, collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, and provide leadership to support staff within the clinic.
Physical Therapist: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform thorough patient evaluations, including medical history review and physical assessments, to establish individualized care plans.
Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions—such as exercise, manual techniques, and specialized equipment—to restore function and relieve pain.
Partner with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care.
Provide direction and mentorship to PTAs, rehab aides, and other clinical support staff.
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed.
Educate patients and families on therapy goals, expectations, and home program activities.
Protect patient privacy and uphold the highest standards of safety.
Ensure compliance with Medicare, documentation requirements, and clinical quality standards.
Contribute to a positive, professional clinic environment by following company policies and industry regulations
