Then you've come to the right place!</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>Your contribution to shaping the global energy supply of our company is made up as follows</strong></p><p><strong><em>Creating something new:</em></strong></p><p>As part of the CO2 strategy of the Bosch Group and as a member of the energy economics team you will</p><p>o select and contract renewable power projects with utilities or project developers based on Power Purchase Agreements (PPA); implement power supply from this PPA into existing power supply contracts as well as monitor our portfolio</p><p>o support the regional organizations in the development and implementation of renewable energy supply concepts</p><p>o select and purchase Energy Attribute Certificates (EACs) such as guarantees of origin (GoOs) or i-RECs for CO2 neutrally generated electricity</p><p><strong><em>Being responsible for:</em></strong></p><p>o the supply of grid-bound energies of the Bosch sites in the Eastern European countries (e.g. Hungary, Romania, Czech Republic), including management of grid connection issues with local grid operators from our sites</p><p>o preparing tenders, conducting negotiations, and contracting the energy supply according to the overall energy strategy furthermore managing the energy contracts by continuously tracking and hedging our energy portfolios</p><p>o energy contracts – as a service provider for our sites, including energy cost forecasts and preparing profitability analyses for renewable energy projects</p><p>o supporting our business units to ensure legal compliance and regulatory requirements of the energy markets</p><p><strong><em>Anticipatory monitoring:</em></strong></p><p>You will monitor relevant commodity and energy markets. Manage (order, monitor, invoice) the current procurement portfolio of the Bosch Group in Eastern Europe and develop the procurement strategy with regard to the CO2 neutral energy supply of tomorrow</p><p><strong><em>Holistic implementation:</em></strong></p><p>You will develop grid connection and supply concepts for new Bosch plants and support in the conversion and expansion of the energy supply</p><p><strong><em>Reliable implementation:</em></strong></p><p>You will provide support for energy efficiency measures and take over responsibility for providing energy management consulting to our sites on the expansion of renewable energy supplies</p><p><strong><em>Conscientious coordination:</em></strong></p><p>In the constantly changing environment of energy-related laws and regulations, you advise the business units or sites on compliance with the relevant regulations. You will prepare recommendations for action to meet legal reporting requirements. If necessary, you coordinate external consultants</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>What you need to be successful in this role:</strong> </p><p>o<strong> Education: </strong>completed university studies in electrical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable</p><p>o<strong> Experience:</strong> similar experience in the energy industry</p><p>o<strong> Know-How:</strong> very good knowledge of the energy industry and energy laws</p><p>o Strong entrepreneurial mindset, with sound ability for conducting effective negotiations</p><p>o Goal- and solution-orientedness with a high level of independence</p><p>o Open to travelling approx. 20% of working time especially across EMEA</p><p>o<strong> Languages:</strong> fluent written and spoken English</p><p><strong>What gives you further advantages:</strong> </p><p>o Experience in conducting purchasing negotiations</p><p>o Knowledge of additional languages (for ex.
