Commonwealth Cooperage Maintenance Technician - Weekends

The Industrial Maintenance Technician's responsibilities ensure that equipment and production lines operate within proper specifications through daily preventative maintenance actions and required equipment repairs. This position directly impacts financial, quality and safety metrics, which need complete understanding and adherence to federal and state regulatory requirements and company and customer policies for production standards. This position would require the employee to work Friday-Sunday 12-hour shifts. The employee will be compensated for 40. 

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
• Basic use of hand and power tools
• Welding and Cutting torches
• Basic electrical knowledge is a plus
• Ability and willingness to work across multiple shifts and overtime as needed.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Technical aptitude test performed on-site to determine skill level.

Compensation: Based on preferred experience and skills.
