Operational Risk & Safety Coaching - Dutch Speaking - 6+ month contract

Who are we?
dss+ is in the business of saving lives and improving the operational performance of our clients. We partner with our clients to develop and implement solutions to improve the technical, behavioral, and cultural aspects of their operations and to establish a framework to maximize existing assets, mitigate risk, and sustain continuous innovation. 

What will you do?

You will work alongside the existing DSS+ specialist team to deliver coaching and training to help change the safety culture and behaviours within the Dutch facilitates of a global business.   This is a 6 to 8-month project starting in January 2025. 

Requirements

Who are you?

As a Dutch-speaking Risk Management and Health & Safety expert, you will be delivering coaching and training to the leadership teams of this global business, working as part of the DSS+ delivery team.  As well as a track record of delivering coaching to affect behavioural change, 

you will have an in-depth understanding of operational risk management with a strong grasp of Health & Safety issues within hazardous environments

You must be willing to work on a freelance basis as well as have the ability to speak both Dutch and English fluently.
