About the Role:<br />

As a Full-Time Customer Service Agent, you will be the friendly voice that welcomes new<br />
customers across four different franchise locations. Your primary role will be to make<br />
welcome calls, ensuring customers feel valued and informed about our services. You’ll be the<br />
first point of contact, setting the tone for a great customer experience.<br />

What You'll Be Doing:<br />

● Making outbound welcome calls to customers for multiple franchise locations<br />
● Providing helpful information and answering initial questions<br />
● Building strong relationships and creating positive first impressions<br />
● Managing multiple customer interactions efficiently and professionally<br />
● Maintaining accurate records of calls and customer interactions<br />
