Job Description

The role

You will lead strategic projects which will aim to transform and implement the firm’s talent and performance strategy, ensuring that performance management processes, feedback mechanisms, and career development frameworks are aligned to and delivering the firm's business goals and promote a high-performance culture.
 

Who you will work with

You will report to the Global Director of Talent and Development, and you will work closely with your direct reports, including Senior Talent Manager, Head of Learning & Development, and all team members centrally and regionally.  You will also work with the wider HR function.
 

What you will be responsible for

Talent & Development Strategic Projects Delivery:                                                                            

  • Lead and deliver global talent & development strategic projects, ensuring initiatives are scalable and support business priorities.
  • Oversee full programme lifecycles - from initial scoping and stakeholder engagement through to implementation and impact evaluation.
  • Project manage functional Workday deployment related activities for the optimisation of performance and talent processes.
  • Deliver initiatives that support the drive to foster a culture of continuous feedback.
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of performance-related training and enablement projects, collaborating with HR team members and business leaders to ensure solutions drive performance outcomes and support strategic goals.
  • Monitor and report on project outcomes and performance metrics, using data and insights to inform continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.
  • Supporting and working closely with reward teams, HR business partners (HRBPs) and other HR teams to ensure we can achieve a high-performance culture, linking performance to compensation decisions, promotions and development.
  • Leverage talent analytics to inform programme design and assess effectiveness, including metrics such as retention and pipeline health.

  • Ability to lead global talent related transformation projects that deliver measurable impact across multiple regions.
  • Ability to set, monitor, and deliver against strict timelines and milestones.
  • Ability to drive optimisations to Workday functionality across performance, talent, skills and feedback, while managing functional requirements of system changes.
  • Ability to design and embed modern performance frameworks, including agile goal setting and continuous feedback models.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build, influence, and maintain strong relationships across global and regional teams, senior leadership, and cross-functional partners.
  • Strong change management skills to drive adoption of modern performance models in traditional cultures.
  • Ability to use metrics, dashboards, and data-driven insights to inform strategic decision making.
