The Military Engines Sustainment Quality team is looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Quality Supervisor who is energetic and motivated to join the Quality Inspection Team to lead our internal team and the supply base in developing and executing system, process and product audits, continual improvements initiatives, development and management of quality data, lead investigations, identify risks and develop mitigation plans, support suppliers and be instrumental in driving RCCA in the supply base.
What You Will Do:
- Lead daily warehouse inspection operations, ensuring all incoming and outgoing goods met quality, safety, and compliance standards.
- Supervise and train inspection staff, improving accuracy rates and reducing product defects through standardized procedures.
- Implement quality control processes that decreased inspection errors and increased throughput efficiency.
- Coordinate with logistics, supply, and production teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain inventory integrity.
- Conduct routine audits of inventory and inspection workflows to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Analyzed inspection data to identify trends, recommend process improvements, and reduce waste or rework.
- Manage documentation and reporting for inspections, maintaining accurate records for compliance and traceability.
- Optimize warehouse layout and inspection stations to streamline operations and reduce handling time.
- Enforce workplace safety standards, resulting in reduced incidents and improved team compliance.
- Oversee equipment calibration to ensure accurate inspection results.
- Develop KPIs for inspection performance and consistently meet or exceeded operational targets.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean or Six Sigma) to enhance quality and efficiency.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of experience in a quality, engineering, operations management or closely related field or an An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Access, Power Point, Visio and Excel).
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Ability to understand and interpret engineering technical data to provide guidance to cross functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications to include: MS Word, Access, Power Point and Excel.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
