GENERAL SUMMARY
The Traffic/Ad Operations Associate (TAOA) works in a hybrid role providing support to the Broadcast Traffic and Digital Ad Operations teams. Tasked with the primary distribution of all broadcast and digital assets, these teams are essential to the success of the agency and our client’s business. Additionally, the TAOA will work closely with the Media, Account and Production teams to ensure that assets and information provided to the Traffic and Ad Ops teams are accurate and timely.
Day to Day:
- Input and maintenance of various database systems (Ad-ID, Mediaocean, DCM, Flashtalking, etc.).
- Investigate reporting discrepancies related to ad tags and site actions.
- Assist with network clearance and digital campaign tracking.
- Provide vendor billing support.
- Process and traffic one-off dub requests.
- Distribute digital ad tags, assets and tracking to media partners.
- Provide back-up and general support for both teams.
Experience:.
- 0 – 2 years general work experience (familiarity with Mediaocean O|X, DCM or Flashtalking a plus).
- Exceptional project management, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Great interpersonal and listening skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to varying work environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Education: College degree or equivalent work experience
Skills and Abilities: This person must be highly organized, and embody C.O.R.E.
Additional Information

Compensation Range: $35,000.00 - $52,000.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
