About the role

Position Overview
PingWind is seeking an experienced and dedicated IA Policy and Compliance Certified Professional – Senior to lead all A&A efforts for the Army Research Laboratory (ARL) located in Adelphi, Maryland. The IA Policy and Compliance Certified Professional – Senior will manage eMASS records and A&A artifacts, perform A&A-related reporting, and coordinate A&A efforts with responsible parties to execute an effective A&A program for this task order.Objective: The objective of this Task Order (TO) is to provide comprehensive Cybersecurity services, including but not limited to:
· Assessment and Authorization (A&A)· Software Assurance· Incident Response· Training and Certification Validation· Project Management and Project Support· Above Baseline Project Support· Cybersecurity Customer Response· Vulnerability Management and Vulnerability Scanning· Host Based Security System (HBSS) Administration· Log Analysis· Security Technical Implementation Guidance (STIG) Compliance Oversight and Validation· Research Development Engineering Network (RDENET) Support· Classified Support
Responsibilities
· Lead and manage all A&A efforts for ARL networks and systems.· Oversee and maintain eMASS records and A&A artifacts.· Perform detailed A&A-related reporting to ensure compliance and progress tracking.· Coordinate A&A efforts with various stakeholders to ensure an effective and comprehensive A&A program.· Maintain excellent working relationships with end-users and IT teams within ARL.· Communicate and demonstrate success in leading ARL through A&A processes, passing cybersecurity inspections, and facilitating IT enterprise and mission projects.
Qualifications
· Security Clearance: Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.· Experience: Minimum of ten (10) years of cybersecurity experience. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in A&A.· Technical Skills: Deep understanding of DoD, Army, and ARL cybersecurity policies; Strong analytical skills to perform risk analyses on innovative technical solutions;· Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to maintain effective working relationships with end-users and IT teams; Demonstrated ability to lead successful A&A efforts, pass cybersecurity inspections, and support IT enterprise and mission projects.
Desired Competencies
· Experience in supporting Army and Department of Defense (DoD) research environments.· Familiarity with Army and Defense Research and Engineering Network (DREN) enterprise data
