This role involves supporting and supervising our Global IT Enterprise infrastructure, including SD-WAN, Cloud, and Campus infrastructure services (LAN/Wireless).</p><p>You will work under the general direction of the Network Operations Lead, both independently and in collaboration with various operation teams and our Managed Services Provider (MSP) team.</p><p></p><p><span>Are you a hardworking in this area looking for your next adventure? We invite you to become a part of our diverse team</span> !</p><p></p><p>If you're passionate about network infrastructure and enjoy solving complex challenges, we want to hear from you!</p><p><br/>This job is based in <b>Cluj-Napoca, Romania.</b></p><p><br/>We provide a flexible working schedule with the option of <b>working hybrid</b>.</p><p><br/><b>In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: </b><br/>•    Provide technical mentorship and support for daily operations, change operations, and incident response.<br/>•    Assist the NoC Lead in managing the Global Enterprise operations.<br/>•    Collaborate with Service Management groups on managing changes, patches, and service <span>turnup/disconnections.</span><br/>•    Repair and resolve Cisco devices and circuits within the global SD-WAN (Viptela) environment.<br/>•    Take the lead in resolving issues and improving end-to-end network connectivity and performance across all communication platforms (WLAN, LAN, SD-WAN, Firewall, IPSec links, VPNs).<br/>•    Collaborate with the Security group to ensure compliance with Copeland Security policies.<br/>•    Operate and configure network operational tools (e.g., Solarwinds, vManage, vAnalytics, ISE, DNAC, NetScout nGenious, and others to be identified).<br/>•    Analyze data to deliver metrics related to network utilization, capacity, and performance.<br/>•    Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) support for Network services within the Copeland IT Enterprise.<br/>•    Support critical incident responses.</p><p><br/><b>For This Role You Will Need:</b><br/>•    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related <span>technology/engineering</span> field or equivalent experience.<br/>•    Minimum of 6 years in a Network Engineering role with expertise in routing, switching, wireless, VPNs, and Firewall infrastructures.<br/>•    Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP).<br/>•    Experience in large global network environments with distributed operations teams that can be demonstrated.<br/>•    Familiarity with Managed Service Providers (MSP), Telecoms, and external vendors.<br/>•    Superb communication and teamwork skills;</p><p>•    Sophisticated English proficiency.<br/>•    Advanced experience with Microsoft 365 products including Visio and Project.<br/>•    In-depth knowledge of troubleshooting network systems.</p><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:</b><br/>•    Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE).<br/>•    Experience of working in a global matrix environment.<br/>•    Solid grasp of Cloud networking specifically with Azure and AWS.<br/>•    Detailed knowledge of Security technologies and their relations to Network communications.<br/>•    Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Firewall deployments using Panorama management tool.<br/>•    Knowledge of Cisco SDWAN Viptela and Meraki technologies.<br/>•    Understanding of DNS, DHCP, VLANs, spanning tree protocols (BGP, EIGRP, OSPF), and IP addressing strategies.<br/> </p><p></p><p><b><span>Our Commitment to Our People</span></b><span> </span></p><p><span><span>Across the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition. </span><span>
