<h2>Short Description</h2> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>Level of languages: English-min B1+ level, French C1 level;</li> <li>Customer service skills;</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills;</li> <li>Team player attitude;</li> <li>around 1 year of experience in financial area (O2C roles preferably).</li> </ul> <h2>Job Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Monitoring accounts and contacting clients (calls, e-mails) to ask about their overdue payments;</li> <li>Investigating and resolving unapplied payments;</li> <li>Initiating refunds for the overpayments;</li> <li>Updating account status records and collection efforts;</li> <li>Reporting on collections activity and accounts receivables status.</li> </ul>
