Key Objectives

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update patient and clinic data into electronic health record systems and databases.

• Verify and cross-check information for completeness and accuracy.

• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive medical and personal information.

• Collaborate with administrative and clinical teams to ensure timely data processing.

• Identify and report discrepancies or errors in data promptly.

• Manage daily data entry tasks while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

• Assist with generating reports and supporting documentation as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data entry, typing, or administrative roles, preferably in healthcare or wellness settings.

• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems or similar databases is a plus.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills.

Salary: 48,785 - 59,827 USD a year
