You will help us deploy and improve cutting-edge navigation systems. <strong>In this role you will</strong><strong>:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Do daily prioritization and assignment of defects during the feature development phase or maturation phase of the product</li> <li>Remove blockers wherever possible to ensure continuous working of defects and escalate to relevant stakeholders when blockers cannot be removed by the Error Manager </li> <li>Create and support JIRA (Using extensive JQL), and Kanban dashboards to monitor and track the Overall Fault Metrics of a Product.</li> <li>Create clear communication channels between the Customer and Product Development Team as part of the Bug Handling Process.</li> <li>Create and monitor relevant SLA´s/KPI´s and signal relevant stakeholders when they are not met Conduct RCA for the agreed criteria of the bugs </li> <li>Drive the error triage meetings.</li> <li>Facilitate Customer facing technical discussions with Project/Product Teams to discuss and clarify bug-related topics.</li> <li>Create and maintain defect prediction models of the program in scope.</li> </ul> <h2>Who are you?</h2> <ul> <li>BSc or MSc degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or similar technical degree</li> <li>6+ years of experience in QA / Error or Defect Management as an individual contributor.</li> <li>Strong understanding and knowledge of the Atlassian JIRA System and JIRA Query Language.</li> <li>Experience in Embedded Software projects</li> <li>Hands on experience in debugging and error analysis</li> <li>Good understanding of Waterfall and Agile product development management methodologies.</li> <li>Knowledgeable of typical product delivery life cycles and methods to optimize best practices</li> <li>Good people management skills and not afraid to push back on challenges.</li> <li>Ability to quickly grasp a complex system to understand where Defects should be triaged into.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What Do We Offer?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work on the development of high scale services, serving and storing petabytes of data</li> <li>Work with cutting edge, modern technologies</li> <li>A great work-life balance</li> <li>30 paid vacation days</li> <li>Flexible working hours</li> <li>Competitive salary plus bonus</li> <li>Fantastic &amp; talented people from 60+ countries worldwide</li> <li>Brown bag talks, team events, BBQ on the rooftop and more!</li> </ul> <p><strong>Change is HERE.
