<p>We’ve taken over a landmark restaurant in Middleton, and after a full renovation, <strong>The Fork &amp; Wheel</strong> is ready to welcome applications for an enthusiastic and experienced <strong>Chef de Partie</strong> to join our team. If you’re passionate about hospitality and excited to be part of something special, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Prepare, cook, and present dishes to high standards.</li> <li>Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.</li> <li>Ensure food is prepared in compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.</li> <li>Assist other chefs in managing their sections during service.</li> <li>Help with stock control and supplies.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in a similar role, preferably in a busy restaurant environment.</li> <li>Strong understanding of food safety regulations.</li> <li>Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.</li> </ul> <p><br/> This is an exciting opportunity to start in a brand-new restaurant.
