Position Summary:

 

As a seasoned Senior Consultant ProjectWise, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and optimizing technical document and collaboration management solutions within the CDE/EDMS environment. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering projects across Germany and the wider EMEA region.

We will rely on you for the following:

• Technical Implementation and Support:
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot CDE/EDMS software and related infrastructure.
  • Perform system upgrades, updates, and patches.
  • Provide over-the-shoulder training and coaching to users.
• Customer Engagement and Relationship Management:
  • Lead the adoption of CDE solutions within major accounts.
  • Engage with users to understand their business needs and requirements.
  • Conduct workshops to gather and document business and functional requirements.
  • Define and convey customer configuration and enhancement needs.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to high-level customer representatives.
  • Report project progress and proactively resolve issues.
• Solution Design and Delivery:
  • Design and implement CDE/EDMS solutions aligned with industry best practices.
  • Create configuration design and as-built documentation.
  • Develop and maintain data sources, standards, and work processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Project Management and Coordination:
  • Work on major projects with minimal supervision.
  • Coordinate and direct other consultants as needed.
  • Develop sophisticated project plans and proposals.
  • Handle pressure situations and complex client requirements.

What You Bring to The Team:

 

• 5+ years of experience with Bentley ProjectWise
• Document management background (Bentley ProjectWise and/or Business Collaborator/BCDE preferred)
• Degree or equivalent industry experience in engineering, construction or infrastructure .
• Knowledge of engineering and\or construction document and project workflows.
