Job Title: Program Manager

 

Location: Nashville, TN (On-site at one of NTT DATA’s flagship delivery centers)

 

Overview: NTT DATA is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team in Nashville, TN. This role requires a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in managing large programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of KPI management, agile delivery practices, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients. In this role, you are responsible for orchestrating large-scale, data-centric programs designed to deliver impactful and innovative solutions tailored to the unique needs of our Financial Services clients. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage programs with 25+ team members, ensuring successful delivery of projects. 

• Measure and manage practitioner fulfillment, onboarding timelines, productivity measures, and staffing optimization techniques. 

• Utilize agile delivery practices such as scrum and be familiar with story pointing and productivity measurement. 

• Interface with clients to discuss Service Level Agreements and manage talent capacity. 

• Identify team members who need additional training to improve performance and provide coaching and mentoring to team leads and junior team members. 

• Experience in data transformation programs (Snowflake, Azure, Data Governance) and financial services is preferred. 

 

Basic Qualifications: 

• 10+ years of enterprise Project/Program Management experience supporting data transformation projects. 

• 7+ years of experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. 

• 5+ years of experience with PM frameworks such as Agile, Scrum or Waterfall. 

 

Preferred Skills: 

• Proven experience in managing programs with 25+ team members. 

• Strong understanding of KPI management, including practitioner fulfillment, onboarding timelines, productivity measures, and staffing optimization techniques. 

• Strong understanding of agile delivery practices such as scrum, and familiarity with story pointing and productivity measurement. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with clients around Service Level Agreements and managing talent capacity. 

• Ability to identify team members who need additional training and provide coaching and mentoring to improve performance. 

• Experience in data transformation programs (Snowflake, Azure, Data Governance) and financial services.
