Join our dynamic integrated marketing team to aid in developing and executing revenue-generating partnership solutions within the TODAY Show across all platforms: broadcast, streaming, digital, and social, as well as supporting cross-collaboration across NBCUniversal. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this position will serve as a conduit between show production and our sales team from ideation through partnership activation.


This position is based in NYC and requires occasional attendance onsite at show or field-based sponsor shoots.

Duties + Responsibilities

  • Development of Sales Marketing Materials: Create, develop and manage the portfolio of sales materials for TODAY: marketing opportunities (one sheets and decks), idea libraries, sponsorship calendars, execution rundowns, client timelines and trackers, show clips, etc. Actively participate in team brainstorm meetings and synthesize notes, while gaining an understanding of NBCU’s networks, programming and capabilities.
  • Internal Communication/Facilitation: Responsible for working on RFP and proactive marketing requests and marketing projects in execution by liaising with all appropriate internal groups including Portfolio Marketing, Ad Sales, Production Assistants and Scheduling Producers, Ad Ops, Standards and Legal, Pricing and Monetization teams.
  • Results Reporting: Manage the post-sell process (recap presentations, clips, and digital links) to showcase program results and deliver best-in-class client service. Administer budget and invoicing process, working with Ad Sales Finance and Sales to manage client billing.
  • Training and Education: Assist in mentoring team’s junior members such as Coordinator, Page and/or Intern and foster their growth within the organization. Collaborate and keep team informed of competitive marketplace, industry trends or observations, and potential growth areas.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years professional experience in marketing or ad sales at an agency, client media or production company
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
