SALARY: $125,600 - $149,150, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:
DraftLine is looking for a Sr. Creative Strategist that will work cross-functionally with Creative teams, Production, Social Listening and Analytics, Media, Brand teams, and partner agencies to craft insight-driven strategies that increase the cultural relevance of our brands. This person should naturally be a strategic thinker, who is able to synthesize many inputs creatively and problem-solve to deliver high-impact strategy, while balancing quality outputs with speed. This candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate the ability to take ownership of their work, communicate effectively with team members, and balance multiple work streams concurrently across social, digital, and traditional platforms. And have a fun time doing it!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work collaboratively with the Head of Strategy, brand teams, and external agency partners, helping to deliver best-in-class work and prioritize workstreams
- Work with our draftLine team to identify new opportunities to drive relevance for our brands
- Write and design informative creative brief decks with a clear narrative and strategy, provoking creative teams with data-driven insights and creative thought-starters
- Be the mastermind of how digital and social plans rollout across platforms
- Showcase proficiency working within tight deadlines to create high-quality work
- Become a steward of dedicated brands, ensuring full comprehension of business challenges, objectives, and Jobs to Be Done
- Understand platform/channel nuances and adherence to best practices
- Model a real-time understanding of current cultural trends
- Set strategic agenda for draftLine and supported brand teams
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 5+ years of experience in strategy and/or strategic account management
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong social and digital expertise
- An “Owner” mentality with a can-do attitude
- Previous experience at a digital publisher or creative agency
- Skilled in building pitch / strategy decks, preferably in PPT
- Alcohol/Beverage/CPG experience preferred, not required
- Experience with research tools and extracting insights from data
- Love of sports, a plus
