General Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and energetic General Manager (GM) to lead our Fort Myers location. The GM will oversee all daily operations, manage a large and diverse team, and ensure FastTrax continues to deliver exceptional guest experiences while meeting financial and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across attractions, food & beverage, events, and guest services.

• Recruit, train, and develop department managers and 150+ team members.

• Drive revenue through strong business acumen, cost controls, and labor management.

• Partner with marketing and sales teams to maximize group, party, and membership opportunities.

• Ensure all attractions operate safely and consistently while maintaining top-notch guest service.

• Uphold company standards, policies, and core values.

• Build strong community relationships and represent FastTrax as a leader in family entertainment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior management experience in hospitality, entertainment, or high-volume food & beverage operations.

• Proven track record in leading large teams, managing P&L, and achieving business targets.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Hands-on manager who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred but not required.
