Responsibilities

• Maintain solid working relationships with VIPs, vendors, and venues
• Serve as a main point of contact for VIP Hospitality-related items
• Assist with making room and restaurant reservations at MGMRI properties in Las Vegas and at regional properties
• Assist with securing transportation
• Assist with making golf, Shadow Creek and Sportsbook reservations
• Assist with securing tickets for requests outside our Team & League assets
• Collaborate with Partnerships in managing the Team and League assets
• Manage all aspects of Concierge Live
• Manage all Experiences (Super Bowl, March Madness - LV, First Pitches, Flyaway Trips, etc)
• Order staff business cards, name tags and apparel
• Order and maintain swag for suites
• Assist with maintaining the VIP Hospitality SharePoint
• Assist in reconciling all expenses for the VIP teams
• Proactively identify service failures by taking immediate action to resolve whilst notifying relevant stakeholders
• Handle difficult customer interactions and situations in a calm, professional and reasonable manner
• Fully comply with and uphold company expectations including policies, procedures, department goals and business strategy
• Conduct themselves with integrity and honesty

Essential Functions

• Must be able to stand or sit and operate computers and other technological devices for extended periods of time
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to travel for work

Qualifications  

• Experience in sales and customer service within a teamwork environment
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented with effective time management skills and the ability to produce results while working under pressure
• Knowledge of the gaming industry
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry
• Ability to effectively manage remote employees

The hourly pay range for this position is $24 to $29. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for participation in a performance -based bonus plan. 

Gaming Compliance & Licensing Requirements
 
As an online gaming company, BetMGM is required to comply with state gaming regulations which includes licensing obligations.  Applicable employees must be licensed by at least one jurisdictional agency, although certain positions require licensing by multiple agencies.  Failure to become licensed or maintain licensure with each agency as required for the role may result in termination of employment.  Please note that the licensing process includes comprehensive background checks which may include a review of criminal records, financial history, and personal background verification.

In addition, candidates must comply with and support the company's responsible gambling policies, procedures and initiatives.
