Job Description
The Opportunity:
The Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) is looking for a Lead Project Manager with a passion for and focus on operational structure, procedures and team collaboration. This position will support the creative development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and design projects, interfacing with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time/on-budget delivery on all projects. Ideal candidate should have a project management or producer-type experience at an in-house creative team or creative agency model.
What Your Impact Will Be:
- Timeline, resource, and capacity management across highly complex initiatives and multi-brand programs
- Strategic oversight of budgets, POs, and procurement processes across multiple projects and stakeholders
- Development and tracking of operational KPIs including throughput, velocity, and resource efficiency
- Workflow optimization and cross-functional process leadership to streamline execution and delivery
- Team leadership and people development with a focus on creative operations and agency best practices
- Lead day-to-day and long-term operations for complex, cross-functional initiatives, overseeing high-value campaigns and executive-priority work.
- Partner with cross-functional leadership to define campaign timelines, team resourcing, and delivery schedules across channels
- Serve as the primary liaison with Procurement and Finance for budget tracking, scope management, and vendor resourcing
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions to drive operational efficiency across internal and external teams
- Oversee project intake, execution, and final delivery across all Workfront workflows—consulting on priority, timelines, and team assignments
- Own project tracking and resourcing dashboards, proactively flagging risk areas and implementing resolution paths
- Manage external vendors and freelancers, including onboarding, timeline management, and invoicing
- Partner with Account, Creative, and Production leads to ensure delivery alignment across functional teams
- Lead submission and tracking of all legal and brand standards approvals, coordinating cross-region alignment when needed
- Manage digital asset finalization and distribution in collaboration with Asset Management and DAM team
- Mentor and manage a team of project managers and coordinators to grow functional expertise, communication, and leadership capabilities
- Proactively evolve documentation, templates, and processes to align with team and business growth
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- 9+ years of relevant experience in project management, creative operations, or integrated marketing
- Experience in a senior project management or operations role within an in-house agency or creative organization
- Strong knowledge of creative production workflows across video, digital, print, and social channels
- Expertise in workflow tools (e.g., Adobe Workfront, Airtable, Jira, Monday.com), asset management, and KPI tracking
- Experience owning budgets, tracking spend, and interfacing with procurement or finance teams
- PMP certification or equivalent experience strongly preferred
- Prior experience managing people and providing mentorship across multiple levels
- Leadership mindset with strong collaboration, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills
- Ability to independently manage ambiguity, prioritize competing needs, and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Experience navigating complex matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders and competing demands
- A deep sense of ownership, accountability, and the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional partners
