$95,840.00 Minimum Starting Base Pay* + KPI Bonuses + Competitive Benefits
*Qualifications may warrant greater starting base pay within the full pay range. Individual base pay is determined by experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training.
Position Summary
This position is responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, a keen eye for visual design, and the ability to translate complex requirements into simple and functional user interfaces.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Engage and collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
- Execute all design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, user stories, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve the user experience.
- Design User Interface elements such as menus, tabs, widgets, and page navigation.
- Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
- Promptly provide prototypes and iterations on designs based on user feedback and technical constraints.
- Responsible for staying up to date with the latest User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Identify and define the standards and approach for design engagement within the IT organization.
- Lead the center of competency for design, defining standards and approach for design within the IT organization.
- Maintain the security of confidential information
- Stay abreast of advances in technology

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Ability to conduct usability testing and interpret analytics
- Skilled in portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work across web and mobile platforms
- Skilled in user-centered design, usability, and accessibility
- Skilled in handling multiple tasks, prioritizing and changing priorities
- Skilled in identifying, analyzing and resolving problems

Minimum Qualifications - (Education, Experience)
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, Cognitive Sciences, or a related field
- Directly related experience may substitute for education
- Three years of proven UI/UX design experience
