At PwC, our people in cybersecurity focus on protecting organisations from cyber threats through advanced technologies and strategies. They work to identify vulnerabilities, develop secure systems, and provide proactive solutions to safeguard sensitive data.

In cloud security at PwC, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and elevating the security posture across our clients’ cloud environments, covering IaaS, PaaS and SaaS. Your work will involve having a deep technical knowledge of cloud security and you will work with one or more Cloud Service Providers (CSP) to implement security protocols, monitor for potential security breaches, conduct risk assessments and vulnerability testing of cloud-based systems, and stay up to date with the latest security threats and trends in cloud technology.

The Opportunity

As part of the Cybersecurity team you will contribute to the development and implementation of innovative cloud security strategies. As an Associate you will focus on learning and supporting senior staff while engaging in meaningful projects that enhance your technical skills and knowledge. What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 1 year of experience

What Sets You Apart

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Systems Analysis, Computer Programming, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Information Security, Management Information Systems preferred
• Demonstrating leadership in cloud security strategies
• Designing scalable security processes and governance approaches
• Configuring and deploying cloud resources in IaC formats
• Strategizing automated enforcement mechanisms for cloud security
• Instrumenting security scanning technologies into CI/CD workflows
• Providing guidance on secure coding and cloud security practices
• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices
