abra is seeking for an Applications Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Applications Analyst to expected to implement, administer, and support our business applications.

This role requires At least two years of IT Business Applications Analysis experience. 

A full time+ hybrid position, based in Ra'anana

Key Responsibilities: 

• Perform system administration activities in our business applications such as ERP (NetSuite), CRM (Saleforce.com Sales and Service clouds), HRIS, Attendance, SharePoint, and others.
• Take part or actively lead the implementation of new systems, systems changes, and enhancements.
• Create reports and dashboards and provide support & training to users.
• Work in coordination with external consultants and integrators.
• Support business teams Globally.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial management with specialization in Information systems or equivalent.
• At least two years of IT Business Applications Analysis experience. 
• Prior experience with supporting and training users.
• Prior experience with NetSuite - Mandatory.
• Prior experience with Salesforce – advantage.
• Prior experience with systems administration – advantage.
• Prior experience with implementation and administration of business applications – advantage.
• Knowledge of SQL – advantage.
• Knowledge of programming languages – advantage.
• Outstanding oral and written communication in English is mandatory.
