In this role, you have the opportunity to

Works on problems of moderate scope where the analysis of data requires a review of a variety of factors using Root Cause Analysis.

The development of the solution requires a multi-disciplinary approach and knowledge of basic principles, theories and concepts.

Formulates the solution for (technical) partial problems by combining previous experiences based upon technical analysis and (feasibility) studies.

May lead small projects, managing a small number of people.

The program consists of 2x12 months rotations within Quality Assurance (QA) and Post Market Surveillance (PMS).

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (preferred) or Mechanical Engineering , other majors considered
• Demonstrated ability to successfully lead projects and lead/work with others in cross functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Lean manufacturing experience in a regulated environment (medical device preferred)
• Demonstrated experience with the validation and documentation of manufacturing processes

Philips Transparency Details

The hourly pay range for this position is 75k-85k per year. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
