As the leader of the Product Data Entry team, you play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality, timely product data for both internal stakeholders and external partners. Your team sits at the heart of New Product Development (NPD), supporting the seamless introduction of innovative products to the market.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading and developing a team of six data professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Ensuring the accurate and timely entry of product master data into our system (Stibo STEP) across all phases of the Rituals Innovation Process.
• Acting as the key connector between multiple departments, including Category Management, Innovation, Sourcing, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
• Driving process and system improvements in collaboration with our Business Technology team to build a future-proof, scalable, and sustainable data management solution.
• Serving as a data ambassador, inspiring enthusiasm for data-driven decision-making across the organization.

As the Senior Manager, NPD Data Team, you will have the unique opportunity to:

• Lead, inspire, and develop the Product Data Entry team (6 FTE), fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
• Champion a passion for data, sharing your enthusiasm across the team and department to drive engagement and innovation.
• Act as a data ambassador, advocating for high-quality, reliable product data throughout the organization.
• Own the operational responsibility for product master data entry in Stibo STEP, ensuring on-time, complete, and accurate data delivery across all phases of the Rituals Innovation Process.
• Collaborate with Business Technology to drive system and process improvements, building a future-proof, scalable, and sustainable data management framework.
• Think creatively and problem-solve, identifying innovative solutions for system-related challenges.
• Serve as a key connector, effectively communicating and aligning across Innovation, Sales, Business Technology, Supply Chain, and Quality teams.
• Continuously improve data management processes, striving for efficiency, accuracy, and best-in-class data quality.
