About the role

Responsible for providing functional guidance and direction in the management of the guest relations department to ensure a positive patient/visitor experience. Manages the guest relations associates, including scheduling, performance appraisals and reviews, monitoring department workflows, quality and performance, monitoring calls and customer interactions, training and coaching, providing direction, guidance and oversight in accordance with applicable policies and procedures. Responsible for identifying complex, escalated, or unresolved issues and working with the staff for resolution. May also manage the volunteer program by recruiting, training and providing daily guidance and supervision to volunteers.

• 3-5 years supervisory experience preferred.
• 5 years of professional experience in a hospital or hospitality service focused position is preferred.
• Experience in leadership preferred. Bachelors degree in business, public relations, communications, marketing, or related field is preferred.
