The Associate Director, Clinical Strategy and Practice builds strategies for development, engagement, best clinical practices and processes for clinical community within the enterprise. The Associate Director, Clinical Strategy and Practice requires a solid understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across department(s).

The Associate Director, Clinical Strategy and Practice develops and implements strategy and drives targeted initiatives aimed at increasing enterprise clinician capacity, enhancing clinician recruitment, development, and retention, and supporting clinician licensure compliance and continuing education. Uses data-based insight to direct process improvement efforts within the clinical community. Decisions are typically related to identifying and resolving complex technical and operational problems within department(s), and could lead multiple managers or highly specialized professional associates.

This leadership role will have full operational oversight of our embedded brick and mortar and virtual Cardiology and Nephrology services. The will partner closely with our Cardiology, Regional Medical Director and collaborate with Division and Market leaders to stand up brick and mortar practices within our existing PCO footprint.

Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

 

$126,300 - $173,700 per year

 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
