Our Assistant General Manager offers a team-oriented individual the opportunity to be responsible for plant operational systems in canned, field and warehouse operations. This consists of acquisition of raw materials, agricultural planning, product processing, quality assurance, safety, human relations and shipping of quality-finished products.

What You'll Do:
- Direct supervision of all management personnel with assistance and guidance from the General Manager; indirect supervision of hourly and seasonal personnel.
- Assist with all decisions in plant, field, and warehouse operations while consulting with and accountable to the General Manager and Director of Operations.
- Design, implement and oversee various continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing efficiency, quality and safety for the plant while working with the General Manager on the best allocation of resources.
What You'll Bring:
- A four year college degree is preferred, plus five years related experience.
- Knowledge of plant operations and equipment, plus previous experience in a supervisory capacity.
