Summary
Provides the highest level of member service while administratively supporting the Director of Retail. Assists with Golf & Lifestyle Shop sales, merchandising, receiving and on-line shop.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Carries out the “Ibis Experience” each and every day.
- Assists with ticketing merchandise
- Handles special orders.
- Gathers new merchandise from the stockroom and places items on display.
- Maintains the cleanliness and organization of the Golf Pro Shop. Ensures merchandise is fully stocked.
- Assists with the monthly inventory.
- Handles fill-in orders on basic stock items.
- Assists with visual presentation in the Golf & Lifestyle Shop.
- Operates point of sale system to process sales.
- Greets members and guests by name.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability
