Education and Experience:
- Associate's degree and a minimum of one (1) yearrelated experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Skills and Abilities:
- Basic understanding of accounting transactions and problem resolution
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals and technical procedures.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively with both internal and external contacts
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and the ability to develop advanced Schwab Retirement Technologies software skills provided by internal training, within a reasonable time
Tasks Performed:
- 80% As part of an operational team, perform daily production tasks meeting production requirements for both quality and quantity. Produce daily evidence and documentation of work completed. Communicate to manager/team lead any production issues for resolution and status of pending or stale items.
- 10% Anticipate and prioritize for continually changing work demands in collaboration with the rest of the team.
- 5% Identify processing issues and opportunities for control improvements. Work with manager and peers to improve processes.
- 5% Perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
- Communicate effectively with internal and/or external customers
- Stationary 75% of time or greater
- Move Objects to Maximum 10 lbs
