This is a Part-Time, Making $20 per hour.

Schedule flexibility is important as the days of the week and hours may vary, and generally, no weekends are required. This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. Administrative, hospitality, or host experience is preferred.

Previous experience in Hospitality, Hosting, Hotel or Wait Staff, Market Research, or a related field is preferred. Interested applicants must be computer literate, responsible and flexible, well-spoken, and have experience with customer service in person and on the telephone.

We are looking for candidates who have an abundance of energy and poise, exhibit professionalism at all times, and will provide a warm and accommodating atmosphere to clients and participants.

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Sago, you will work in a fast-paced environment to deliver the best experience to clients. Your responsibilities will include checking in focus group participants, greeting clients, and performing other administrative, reception, and hospitality duties.

Responsibilities Include:

• Attend to clients on-site and deliver a high-quality hospitality experience.
• Greet participants and clients and maintain a friendly, but professional rapport with both.
• Review project materials for accuracy and completeness.
• Audio and video recording.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• This role requires in-person work at a Sago facility. The health and safety of our team continue to be our number one priority as we have faced the challenges of COVID-19. With another variant on the rise, we've decided that all employees working in person must be fully vaccinated. For those unable to be vaccinated for personal or medical reasons, proof of a negative test will be required within three days of each shift worked.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer literacy.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time.
• Works well within a team atmosphere, as well as independently.
