The work:
The Technical Business Analyst has the ability to analyze and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing/design business processes. The Technical Business Analyst is expected to develop technical expertise in various aspects of the delivery lifecycle including:
- Helping identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases
- Work closely with business units to gain in-depth understanding of customer's business strategy, processes, services, roadmap and the context in which the business operates.
- Serve as a liaison to the business community and technical team while participating in user and task analysis to maintain the business community 's perspective.
- Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries and updates.
In addition, the Business Analyst may:
- Implement a comprehensive management plan for each project and hold regular stakeholder meetings to keep all interested parties updated in project progress
- Determine and document user requirements for business processes and abide by those requirements for future projects
- Reviews and analyzes information, forecasts, methods, schedules, systems, processes and procedures
- Provides expertise in, but not limited to, Configuration Management, Strategic Planning, Knowledge Management,
Here's what you need:
- Full lifecycle development using Waterfall, Agile
- Must understand client business needs, gathering user stories and requirements and the understanding of testing phases
- Must demonstrate knowledge with the functionality of applications and current computer technology
Bonus points if you have:
- Knowledge of working with federal clients
- Familiarity with SQL, and XML, environment a plus.
- Familiarity with web and reporting technology is also a plus.

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
