Requirements:
• Build a great team and develop exceptional customer service best practices
• Ensure the store delivers value and excellence to the clients, aligned with Marras' expectations
• Provide an excellent client book
• Foster long-term relationships with customers, prioritizing their satisfaction through personalized interactions
• Coach team members on how to develop and grow customers' portfolio to meet business and service goals
• Keep records of results achieved through constant feedback and training
• Develop plans to increase sales and profitability
• Partner constantly with Upper Management on business strategies implementation to ensure the store meet expectations
• Ensure operations run smoothly on the sales floor and on the stockroom
• Organize and implement in-store events to enhance brand awareness and business growth.
• Organize weekly meetings with the team to ensure all members are aligned and best practices are constantly followed
• Maintain high level of visual merchandising and brand alignment
• Prepare various weekly/monthly reports for Management and constantly track KPI analysis
• Monitor emerging market trends and evolving customer behaviors to anticipate tactical decisions
• Adapt global corporate strategies to align with local market dynamics
Qualifications
Qualifications:
• Eligibility to work in the US for any employer
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of previous Managerial experience or equivalent leadership role in a Fashion Luxury Retail environment
• Accuracy when managing statistics and numbers
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Focused on business development and people management
• Detail-oriented and ability to envision all aspects of business
• High level of flexibility, including weekends and Holidays during peak season
• Down-to-earth approach, pragmatic mindset, hands-on experience
• Committed to ongoing learning and development
• You are able to lift in excess of 20 pounds and stand for long periods of time, bend, stretch, for a short distance engage in repetitive motions, push, pull and carry items (mannequins, clothing, totes, torsos, etc.) for a short distance including climbing a ladder and use a step stool
• Previous experience with European brands will be a plus
• Proficiency in a second language is a plus
