If you’re passionate about <b>HR technology and process optimization</b>, this role is for you!</p><p></p><p><b>What you will do</b></p><ul><li><p><b>Manage &amp; Support System Operations</b> – Oversee daily system management, ensuring compliance and responding to user inquiries.</p></li><li><p><b>System Configuration &amp; Maintenance</b> – Align system settings with business processes, policies, and compliance needs.</p></li><li><p><b>Stakeholder Collaboration</b> – Work with internal teams to define requirements and translate them into system actions.</p></li><li><p><b>Data Accuracy &amp; Reporting</b> – Maintain data integrity, generate reports, and provide insights into workforce trends.</p></li><li><p><b>System Troubleshooting &amp; Audits</b> – Resolve system issues, conduct audits, and ensure system compliance.</p></li><li><p><b>User Training &amp; Support</b> – Train end-users, provide ongoing assistance, and address system-related queries.</p></li><li><p><b>Enhancements &amp; Upgrades</b> – Implement system updates, integrate new features, and drive process improvements.</p></li><li><p><b>Process Documentation &amp; Optimization</b> – Ensure accurate documentation and continuous system enhancement.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What you will need</b></p><p><b>Required qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>3+ years of experience working with HR software, preferably in a workforce management or payroll environment.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in workforce management and HRIS software and related tools.</p></li><li><p>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</p></li><li><p>Experience working cross-functionally with different stakeholders with high responsiveness to business needs.</p></li><li><p>Strong attention to detail paired with the ability to work well independently and under pressure.</p></li><li><p>Ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous deliverables and work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.</p></li><li><p>Experience in creating reports, assessing, manipulating, and presenting data in various formats.</p></li><li><p>Strong proficiency in German and English.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.</p></li><li><p>First experience with the HR software UKG.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Additional Information:</b></p><ul><li><p>Please submit your resume in English.</p></li><li><p>You will benefit from a hybrid working model, with at least one day per week in the office.
