- Reduced administrative obligations such as credentialing, marketing, and insurance billing

- Have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
- Have a full VA clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or be a master's-level supervisee or resident working toward licensure, with the ability to practice independently
- Experienced in completing psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
- Be effective in written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents promptly
- Have experience and comfort in working with diverse populations
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Experience with children, adolescents, and young adults
- Proficient in the use of standard office technology (computers, e-mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systems (experience with Valant a plus)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Offer therapy services for individuals, families, and groups as well as Telehealth
- Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation including session progress notes, continual assessments, treatment plan reviews, and any other contact notes according to company guidelines and protocols
- For Full-Time status, clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits completed per week
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- Be an advocate for your client by coordinating services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training
- Experience with adults, couples and families
- Ideal candidates will have general knowledge of therapy services provided in an outpatient setting,
