The Mankato Clinic was established in 1916 and is locally owned by our physicians, who are committed to the health of this region. We offer primary and specialty care with more than 175 providers and nearly 700 employees located across 13 sites in four communities: Mankato, North Mankato, St. Peter, and Mapleton. Mankato/North Mankato has a Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) population of 98,000 and is located 80 miles west of Rochester, MN, and 75 miles south of the Twin Cities of Minneapolis/St. Paul. The Clinic’s surrounding service area consists of a population of about 250,000. Situated in a rich agricultural setting, residents enjoy year-round recreational choices including hiking or biking on over 50 miles of paved trails, 600 acres of public parks, swimming, water skiing, and boating on numerous rivers and lakes during the summer, and snow skiing, hockey, and ice-skating in the winter. The economy is well balanced with shopping and dining, manufacturing, service industries, and higher education.

Job Requirements:

• Board eligible or certified by the American Association of Family Medicine
• Licensed or ability to obtain a license in the State of Minnesota
• Geriatrics or other subspecialty area of interest considered
• Completed an ACGME-accredited family medicine residency program

Compensation:

18-month salary guarantee pro-rated by FTE status. Full-time salary range is currently $190,000-650,000. wRVU production model post-guarantee.
