About The Role & Team
At Amplitude we’re looking for a Senior Designer to drive the execution for our visual brand. We need a smart, talented, and experienced Senior Designer who’s excited to roll up their sleeves and take the success of our brand to the next level.

As a Senior Designer, you will:
- Implement Amplitude’s brand: design assets such as content ebooks, web UX, web creative, product, video (design assets), social, sub-brands, presentations, events, and environmental design.
- Manage your time and tasks: effectively engaging in brainstorming sessions with stakeholders and providing valuable input, and taking ownership of project timelines to consistently deliver exceptional work.
- Work cross-functionally: partner with many stakeholders across the organization (product marketing, people and places, product design, and more) to problem-solve and create good work.
You'll be a great addition to the team if you have:
- Design portfolio with great work that showcases a modern design aesthetic and great taste.
- Excellent understanding of formal design elements — typography, composition, color etc.
- You are a person who loves to design and will roll up your sleeves
- You have a great eye and a high bar for excellence
- You have technical savviness — you’ve mastered Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and Google Slides
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience
You'll be an amazing addition (with these preferred qualifications) to the team if you:
- Animation experience
- Solid knowledge of photography and video production
- Experience working directly with executives
