About the role:
As the Cyber Junior Underwriter – Benelux, Nordics & France, you will be reporting directly to the Cyber Manager in charge of Western Europe & Latin America regions. You will also be working very closely with and will benefit from the mentorship of our Cyber Underwriters and will be part of TMHCC International Cyber team. Based in our Barcelona office, you will play a strategic role in the management of our Cyber portfolio in your territories with a focus on Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg and the Nordics, assisting Cyber Underwriters in strategic and technical matters as they relate to formulating, executing and monitoring underwriting strategies for Cyber risks insurance.
The job requires a good understanding of Cyber matters (Threat, Vulnerabilities and Consequences), insurance and European markets evolution. We expect the candidate to have basis, and trainings will be provided in the first months.
Key Responsibilities:
The main responsibility of the Cyber Junior Underwriter – Benelux, Nordics & Franceis to assist/manage the stand-alone Cyber book of business written in those countries. You will play a key role in the alignment of the Cyber risk underwriting strategies for our Underwriting teams, making sure that the Cyber book is consistent and profitable.
