About the Role:
Serves as the Company’s subject matter expert for campus event operations, setting standards and best practices to ensure consistency and excellence across all events. Responsible for assisting departments in planning and executing their on-site events by coordinating logistics, securing event locations, arranging operational support, and overseeing vendor set-up and management. Includes managing the Campus Event Calendar to optimize space usage, maintaining the approved vendor list, and serving as the event liaison between requestors and internal service teams to ensure seamless coordination. Provides in-person logistical event support for all onsite events, ensuring vendors comply with site policies, safety and legal standards, and quality expectations. Includes responsibility for overseeing event budgets, purchase orders and invoices, as well as active participation serving on the Events Committee. An individual contributor position with no direct reports, operating as the lead subject matter expert in event operations._
Your Contributions:
Partner with event requestors/internal departments to support planning and execution of on-site campus events, including contingency planning
Exercise leadership and creative problem-solving to recognize and drive other opportunities that advance the company's campus activities and operational goals
Secure exterior event locations and coordinate space scheduling to optimize campus space usage
Maintain and manage the Campus Event Calendar to avoid scheduling conflicts and ensure efficient flow of activities
Coordinate operational support, including Facilities, Security, IT and Janitorial needs
Oversee event set-up, execution and breakdown to ensure readiness and quality
Provide on-site presence during events to deliver live support and troubleshoot issues in real time
Manage staff and volunteers during the event and ensure everything runs according to the schedule
Collect feedback from attendees; analyze event success and prepare re
