About our group:

 

The mechanical process development team is chartered with development of slider process technology which ensures we meet the roadmap requirements. The Slider (Recording Head) Development group located in Bloomington, MN identifies and develops improvements in recording head that meet future product roadmap requirements.  This team supports the research and development builds that define future company success.

About the role - you will:

 

• Develop, maintain and daily update spreadsheets.
• Be Creating BIN’s in ETS Web Client. Use BMSL to create flows, BR’s, parameters, etc. Using MES Middle Tier Web Tool for tracking WIP
• Receive and prepare shipments of bars, HGA’s, etc. from/to the dock. Unboxing the parts received and delivering to the owners

About you:

 

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other productivity tools along with data entry. 
• Email management: Composing clear, concise emails, effectively managing email inboxes, and following up on important correspondence. 
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with ability to manage competing priorities. 
• Exceptional customer service skills to both internal and external customers.
• File management: Maintaining organized filing systems both electronically and physically. 

Your experience includes:

 

• MS office suite Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
• Exemplary organizational skills and perform tasks error free.
• Demonstrable ability to manage PC Storage and documentation.
• Advanced ability to use Excel spreadsheets to maintain journal and various process control tools such as MES factory works
• Ability to communicate clearly on detailed information to internal, technical, and operational personnel.
• Ability to routinely move materials weighing up-to-30 lbs. for separation and distribution to operations, engineering, or the dock.

 

You might also have:

 

• Prior experience as an administrative assistant.
• High School Graduate or equivalent training and experience
