As a Manufacturing Coordinator I, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Maintaining Inventory accuracy - Run reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Developing accurate, consistent enhancements to the inventory reporting structure.
• Inputting product description information in current inventory systems.
• Performing Cycle Counts.
• Coordinating and reconcile inventory issues and adjustments.
•     Create/Process PO’s as necessary.
•     Order supplies per 3M purchasing policy as needed.

Your Skills and Expertise 
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum 1 year of experience performing inventory control duties.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
• Three (3) years of inventory control experience in a manufacturing maintenance department.
• Proficient knowledge of operating a PC using MS Office (Excel, and Power Point) and
• Analyzing information gathered to identify potential problems or discrepancies.
• Ability and effectiveness to manage time to meet required deadlines a must.
• Good written and verbal communications expertise for networking and synchronizing work.
•  High degree of initiative, ownership and attention to detail.

Pay & Benefits: 

• The starting rate of pay for this position is $25.37. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences, and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
