Lubricants Freight Coordinator

As our Lubricants Freight Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our lubricant products reach their destinations efficiently, cost-effectively, and on time. If you're detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy solving logistical puzzles, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and track freight shipments to ensure timely delivery
• Prepare Bill of Ladings and complete shipping documentation
• Communicate with internal teams and customers about LTL shipments
• Monitor and optimize freight costs for efficiency
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and collaborate with vendors
• Support bulk plant managers and streamline shipping processes
• Provide top-tier service to internal and external stakeholders
• Cross-train and support other roles within the department

What You Bring

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Gmail, Google Sheets & Docs
• Ability to type and use ten-key efficiently
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; Associate’s degree preferred
• Comfortable with basic math (addition, subtraction, percentages)
• Ability to read and write clear, professional correspondence
